Waseela signed a Memorandum of Understanding with King Hussein Business Park Management Company to explore opportunities for cooperation in smart campus solutions and related digital services across the Park’s facilities in Amman. The agreement was signed by King Hussein Business Park CEO, Mr Ammar Ezzaldeen and Waseela CEO Mr Bilal Al-Anani, in the presence of key representatives from both organizations.

This step reflects the shared interest of both parties in studying advanced technology solutions, supported by artificial intelligence and IoT, that can enhance operational efficiency, improve tenant and visitor experience, and enable smarter models for managing facilities and infrastructure. The proposed areas of cooperation include smart workspace management, indoor wayfinding, access control, smart surveillance, energy and network management, in addition to potential managed services and operational partnership models.

The MoU reflects a joint intention to assess the technical, operational, and commercial feasibility of these solutions, in line with King Hussein Business Park’s position as one of Jordan’s leading destinations for business and innovation, and Waseela’s role as a regional systems integrator for digital infrastructure solutions.

Commenting on the signing, Mr Kossai Altarazi, Jordan Branch Manager at Waseela, said:

At Waseela, we see this MoU as an opportunity to work together on practical and intelligent solutions that can create real value for tenant experience and operational efficiency within the Park.”

Waseela confirms that this collaboration reflects its continued commitment to delivering practical, integrated solutions that leverage smart technologies and AI to connect technology with real operational needs, while supporting organizations in building more efficient, resilient, and sustainable digital infrastructure.

وقّعت شركة وسيلة مذكرة تفاهم مع إدارة مجمع الملك الحسين للأعمال، بهدف البحث عن فرص التعاون في مجال حلول الحرم الذكي والخدمات الرقمية المرتبطة بها داخل مرافق المجمع في عمّان. ووقّع المذكرة كلٌّ من الرئيس التنفيذي لمجمع الملك الحسين للأعمال، السيد عمار عزّ الدين، والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة وسيلة، السيد بلال العناني، بحضور عدد من ممثلي الجانبين.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار اهتمام الطرفين بدراسة حلول تقنية متقدمة، مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وإنترنت الأشياء، تسهم في تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتحسين تجربة المستأجرين والزوار، وتطوير نماذج أكثر ذكاءً لإدارة المرافق والبنية التحتية. وتشمل مجالات التعاون المقترحة إدارة المساحات الذكية، والإرشاد الداخلي، والتحكم بالوصول، والمراقبة الذكية، وإدارة الطاقة والشبكات، إلى جانب نماذج محتملة للخدمات المُدارة والشراكات التشغيلية.

وتعكس مذكرة التفاهم رغبة مشتركة في تقييم الجدوى التقنية والتشغيلية والتجارية لهذه الحلول، بما يتماشى مع مكانة مجمع الملك الحسين للأعمال كإحدى أبرز بيئات الأعمال والابتكار في الأردن، ودور وسيلة كمكامل إقليمي للأنظمة وحلول البنية التحتية الرقمية.

وفي تعليقه على هذه الخطوة، قال قصي الطرزي، مدير فرع الأردن في وسيلة:
