Waseela has signed a 3-year Framework Agreement with TAWAL to operate and maintain TAWAL’s In-Building Solutions (IBS) network across Saudi Arabia, delivering continuous, uninterrupted coverage at some of the Kingdom’s most strategic locations, including ministries, royal palaces, universities, shopping malls, enterprise hubs, and the two Holy Mosques. The scope covers full integrated O&M: preventive and corrective maintenance, asset and inventory management, spare parts, technical support, power supply, and logistics.

Alongside the agreement, Waseela has been named TAWAL’s Sales Partner for IBS and Wi-Fi opportunities across the Kingdom, a clear signal that this is the start of a much larger pipeline, not the end of one deal.
